NBCC Bookstore Return Policy

 

 To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase at any NBCC Bookstore location
• The original sales receipt must be presented at the time of return
• Textbooks must be in their original, resaleable condition and packaging
  • Shrink wrap must be intact
  • No writing, highlighting, creases, or tears
• Custom NBCC course materials (e.g., ILMs, learning modules, Apprenticeship resources) are non-refundable
